Operations Manager (BPO Non Voice)

As an Operations Manager(BPO Non voice) in our company, your role will involve providing guidance to team members and addressing any performance issues that may arise. You will be responsible for conducting performance reviews to ensure that employees are meeting company standards and setting goals for revenue growth. Additionally, you will prepare performance reports by collecting and analyzing data, maintain equipment, and meet financial objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Provide guidance to team members and address performance issues - Conduct performance reviews and set goals for revenue growth - Prepare performance reports and analyze data trends - Maintain equipment and develop preventive maintenance programs - Meet financial objectives by estimating requirements and preparing budgets - Manage a team of process associates to ensure client satisfaction - Analyze data to identify trends and implement new processes for improvement - Coordinate with international clients and maintain business relationships Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in an e-commerce back-office role preferred - Strong computer literacy skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately - Good analytical and problem-solving abilities - Excellent written and oral English communication skills - Bachelor's Degree - Availability to work night shifts is mandatory Please note that this is a full-time hybrid role.,
