Hiring for Operations Manager (Asst. Manager/Deputy Manager)

  1. Process Management

    • Implement and monitor Business Management System (BMS) practices.
    • Ensure operational documentation is in line with SOPs.
  2. Data & Reporting

    • Create and analyze MIS reports.
    • Handle data related to attendance, billing, payroll, and expenses.
  3. Coordination & Communication

    • Serve as a key liaison between internal teams (HR, Finance, Ops).
    • Ensure timely submission and follow-up of reports and documents.
  4. Team Handling & Development

    • Assess team structure, identify gaps, hire, and train.
    • Conduct performance reviews and ensure recognition mechanisms.
  5. Continuous Improvement & Self-Development

    • Keep improving skills in Excel, presentations, and ERP tools.
    • Analyze own strengths/weaknesses and work on them.
