Job Description

Oracle EBS Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end development, enhancement, and support activities in
Oracle EBS R12/11i
.
Work extensively on
PL/SQL, SQL
, interfaces, conversions, APIs, workflows, and customizations.
Manage and mentor team members; ensure timely completion of project tasks.
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Provide technical expertise across
Financial Modules GL, AP, AR, FAH, SLA
.
Review and optimize technical designs, data models, ER diagrams, and system architectures.
Work closely with cross-functional teams on integration and solution design.
Ensure quality documentation, testing, and deployment of solutions.
Coordinate with onsite/offshore teams and act as Project Lead/Project Manager when required.

Required Skills:

4+ years of hands-on experience
as an Oracle EBS Developer.
Strong expertise in
PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports
.
In-depth experience in
Oracle EBS Financials modules (GL/AP/AR/FAH/SLA)
.
Good understanding of
ER diagrams, business modules
, and overall EBS architecture.
Knowledge of
other RDBMS products
preferred (PeopleSoft, OEBS).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to handle projects independently and lead a team.
