Coordinate and monitor all operational departments (front desk, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance) to guarantee smooth execution and seamless guest flow.
Recruit, onboard, and develop staff; construct schedules and conduct performance reviews; foster morale and a high-service culture.
Ensure guest satisfaction by managing check-ins, resolving complaints, collecting feedback, and maintaining quality checks.
Manage budgets, control costs and work with finance teams to monitor profitability.
Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards; perform regular inspections and audits across departments.
Align with department heads and other functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing) to ensure cohesive service delivery.
Monitor performance data, guest feedback, and operational flows; implement enhancements to elevate efficiency and service quality.
Serve as the General Manager’s deputy—stepping in for oversight, stakeholder meetings, and business continuity .
