● Ensuring quality output and timely delivery of legal reports
● Cross-collaboration with various stakeholders from the team including but not Limited to like products, legal, and sales.
● Understand end to product functionalities
● Analyse data from multiple legal documents e.g., land ownership documents/ Mortgage deeds
● Accountable for resolving client queries with the least turnaround time
● Hiring, training, and monitoring the performance of junior operations associates
● Set up an end-to-end operations process as per business requirement.
● Monitor and verify quality of output
● Conduct regular reviews of team members
● Analyzing data and drawing actionable insights
● Be excited by and have positive outlook to navigate ambiguity
● Passion for results and excellence

● Able to work under strict turnaround time
● Must be able to get the job done by working collaboratively with others

● Set realistic yet challenging goals
● Any MBA Graduate only.
● Work Experience – 3-5 years
● Prior experience of working in a Fin Tech Lending domain/ Legal Tech would be bonus
● Excellent knowledge of word processing tools specifically (MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
● Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English
