Operations Lead

You will be responsible for managing operations for events and activations, ensuring seamless execution and high client satisfaction levels. Your role will involve building and maintaining a robust vendor and network ecosystem to support event delivery. You will oversee budgets, timelines, and quality control for projects, while also fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in operational processes. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 8-10 years of experience in operations within the events and activation space. Strong vendor management and negotiation skills are essential, along with a proven ability to efficiently manage large-scale projects. Excellent leadership and communication abilities will be key to excelling in this position.
