Role Description

This is a contract-based remote role for an Operations Intern. The intern will support daily operations, coordinate communication with clients and teams, and contribute to the company’s process optimization efforts. Responsibilities include assisting with property management, monitoring project timelines, documenting key operational activities, and ensuring smooth execution of tasks. The role offers valuable exposure to real estate and property management operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and problem-solving
• Excellent Communication abilities, both written and verbal, for client interactions and team collaborations
• Basic understanding of Operations Management and ability to handle day-to-day management tasks
• Familiarity with Project Management and Sales processes to drive operational efficiency
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work remotely as part of a dynamic team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (completed or in progress) is preferred
