Operations Intern

Role: Campus Operations Intern - Full time Role

Duration: 6 Months - PPO Available

Location: MSSU I-Spark Foundation Incubator Vidyavihar

Overview

This role involves on-ground execution of Oohpoint campaigns inside colleges. The intern will be responsible for visiting campuses, taking permissions, coordinating with college stakeholders, collecting proof of execution, and sharing daily activity reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard Colleges / Fest committee
• Install and inventories in assigned colleges
• Coordinate with student committees and canteen authorities
• Maintain daily reporting of visits and execution status
• Track student movement times and location performance
• Support stall-based activations when scheduled

Eligibility

• Recent graduate (or final year student with full-time availability)
• Comfortable working full-time from office and on-ground
• Experience in college fest committees is preferred
• Past experience in field, operations, or coordination roles is an added advantage
• Ability to approach authorities, secure permissions, and represent the company professionally
• Should be comfortable visiting multiple colleges when required
