Role Description

No remote work please . This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Incharge for School located in Varanasi.

The Operations Incharge will oversee the smooth functioning of the school’s daily activities, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and effective coordination among staff, vendors, and management. This role is critical in maintaining high standards of discipline, safety, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily school operations, logistics, and administration
• Oversee staff scheduling, attendance, and performance coordination
• Ensure smooth vendor management, transport operations, and facility upkeep
• Monitor compliance with school policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Support the Principal/Director in implementing operational strategies and new initiatives
• Act as a bridge between management, staff, and parents for operational matters

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Management, Education, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in school operations, administration, or institutional management
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and people management abilities
• Experience in vendor coordination, budgeting, and compliance will be an advantage
