Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Operations Head to manage our project management team in Hyderabad and Telangana. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical, strategic, leadership, communication, and writing skills, with the ability to work closely with clients, stakeholders, and teams.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage operations in Hyderabad and Telangana, ensuring smooth execution of projects.
Regularly visit project sites to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure work aligns with the plan.
Coordinate with clients to update them on project progress, address concerns, and manage expectations.
Facilitate meetings with site teams, including project managers, engineers, and contractors, to ensure alignment with project goals.
Oversee multiple projects during design, procurement, and construction stages, offering expertise on feasibility, buildability, value addition, and schedule.
Actively engage in on-site construction activities, providing guidance and support to the site team.
Serve as the main point of contact for project delivery issues and resolve them promptly and effectively.

Job Requirements

Excellent analytical, strategic, leadership, communication, and writing skills.
Ability to work closely with clients, stakeholders, and teams.
Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
Experience in managing operations and leading teams.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
