Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Project & Change Execution Manager to join our team at Deutsche Bank. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and change execution, with 10-15 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and execute projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and quality results.
Develop and implement effective project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
Provide guidance and support to project team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training.
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering high-quality results.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
Experience working with change management processes, including stakeholder engagement and communication.
