Position:

Role Purpose

• Own and deliver high-quality data architecture solutions on time.
  
• Manage data models, schemas, integrations, and data lifecycle.
  
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to design data platform solutions (Graph-based CDP, ETL, Lambda architecture).
  
• Drive end-to-end delivery of data features, pipelines, and integrations.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance data models aligned with standards and metadata principles.
  
• Ensure proper handling of all data lifecycle events and maintain high data quality.
  
• Collaborate with feature teams to align analytics and data architecture with business strategy.
  
• Act as the subject matter expert for all data-related features and integrations.
  
• Build analytics tools to support business metrics, customer insights, and operational efficiency.
  
• Support stakeholders (Product, Data, Engineering, Executive teams) in data-related needs.
  

Technical Responsibilities

• Own the platforms Data Architecture including Neo4j, SQL, Postgres, and other integrations.
  
• Lead data engineering teams to build data pipelines using

  Azure Data Factory (ADF)

  and

  Databricks

  .
• Design feeds, data integrations, and pipelines; ensure best practices and standards.
  
• Perform development, testing, CI/CD processes, and troubleshooting.
  
• Ensure end-to-end delivery for features and data requirements.
  

Required Experience

• 10+ years total experience with 59 years relevant as a Data Architect.
  
• Strong experience with:
  

• Graph databases

  (Neo4j, property graph)

• Data modeling

  for graph solutions

• Cypher

  or Gremlin

• Azure services

  ,

  ADF

  ,

  Databricks

  ,

  JSON

  , ETL tools

• PySpark/Scala

• SQL & NoSQL

  (Postgres, Cassandra)

• Distributed systems

• Streaming systems

  (Storm, Spark Streaming)

• GraphQL

  (Jenkins, ADF pipelines)
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  
• Experience with data quality, MDM, and production environments.
  

Good to Have

• Knowledge of Graph Data Science, Neo4j HA setups, EventHub.
  
• Experience with big data tools (Hadoop, Kafka, Spark).
  
• Experience with ML pipelines (MLflow, Airflow).
  
• Experience with Redis, message queues, Azure scalable stores.
  
• Root cause analysis experience.
  
• Node.js understanding (optional).
