Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for an Operations Head in Jewelry Manufacturing. The Operations Head will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing and analyzing production processes, coordinating with various teams, ensuring adherence to budget guidelines, and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. The role requires strategic planning, effective communication, and leadership skills to drive operational efficiency and meet business objectives.

  • Proven leadership and project management experience
  • Excellent organizational abilities
  • Experience in the jewelry manufacturing industry is preferred
