Role Overview:

Operations Head – Telangana

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage operations for the Telangana region.
• Build, manage, and nurture vendor partnerships (venues, décor, catering, etc.).
• Supervise event logistics and ensure smooth execution of weddings and related functions.
• Oversee local marketing and promotional activities, including attending wedding expos and networking events.
• Collaborate with the Creative & Event Directors to deliver high-quality client experiences.
• Identify growth opportunities and secure new clients for the business.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and operational compliance for all events in Telangana.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in operations, events, or hospitality preferred (but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build strong vendor and client relationships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for the wedding/events industry.
• Based in or willing to relocate to 

  Telangana

• Must take care of personal travel expenses.
