We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven
Operations Head (Civil)
to lead and manage end-to-end civil operations. The role involves overseeing project management, site execution, quality control, and operational efficiency across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational, and coordination skills to manage both on-site and office teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage civil project operations from planning to execution.
- Supervise site execution, stores, and inventory management.
- Ensure adherence to Quality Control (QC) standards and conduct factory audits.
- Develop and monitor project timelines using MS Project and Primavera.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders for timely execution.
- Monitor and control project costs, resources, and schedules.
- Implement best practices in civil project management and operational excellence.
- Guide installation, measurement, and quality teams with proper reporting and planning.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or Diploma in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 5–10 years in civil operations and project management.
- Proven expertise in site execution, inventory control, and factory coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
