Night Shift – Online Car Operations Executive

7:30 PM – 4:30 AM (NIGHT )

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Night Shift Online Car Operations Executive to manage online car sourcing, listings, buyer coordination, and record tracking during peak night-time traffic hours. This role requires strong online skills, quick responsiveness, and a high level of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities (Night-Shift Focused):1. Live Coordination

• Remain available on WhatsApp / Zoom throughout the shift
• Provide real-time updates on:
• Newly found cars
• Price approvals
• Buyer inquiries

2. Car Listings (Night Advantage)

• List cars during high-traffic hours on:
• Facebook
• OLX
• Respond promptly to buyer messages
• Schedule follow-ups for daytime buyers in India

3. Car Sourcing & Verification

• Source used cars online from multiple platforms
• Cross-check pricing and market value
• Shortlist only profitable deals
• Identify and flag overpriced or risky listings

4. Records & Payments Tracking

• Maintain real-time records of:
• Pending payments
• Advance received
• Balance due
• Delivery status
• RC transfer status
• Update records via Google Sheets
• Share a daily summary on WhatsApp

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Comfortable working night shifts
• Strong online research and Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• High level of self-discipline and responsibility
• Knowledge of the used-car market (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience in car sales, operations, or online marketplaces is a plus
• Freshers with strong learning ability and discipline may also apply

Note: This role requires strict adherence to night-shift timings and continuous availability during working hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,807.53 - ₹30,108.44 per month
