Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations and ensure all service requests are fulfilled efficiently.
Coordinate with service providers to assign orders and track completion.
Monitor service quality and take corrective actions when required.
Maintain accurate records of orders, payments, and service provider details.
Assist in resolving customer queries and complaints promptly.
Support the team in operational planning and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in operations, logistics, or customer service is a plus.
