Aviation MRO – Cabin Interiors, Repairs & Manufacturing

We’re looking for an Operations Executive to manage daily coordination across manufacturing and repair functions, schedule technicians for airport/in-situ aircraft jobs, and ensure seamless workflow between departments.

Responsibilities:

• Plan & manage daily/weekly technician schedules (airport/on-site)

• Track availability, skills, shifts & deployment requirements

• Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, Stores and Repair teams

• Monitor WIP status & maintain daily dashboards

• Ensure technicians receive job cards, tools & materials

• Support urgent customer requirements, AOG cases & schedule changes

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong planning, communication & coordination skills

• Understanding of MRO/cabin repair workflow (preferred)

• Proficient in Excel & ERP

• Graduate (aviation background preferred)

• 3-5 years of experience in operations/technical coordination/manufacturing support
