We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Shipping Commercial Operations & Documentation Executive. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for the smooth execution of commercial voyages, charter party compliance, and timely generation of all shipping-related documentation. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of dry bulk operations, chartering terms, and international trade documentation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Commercial Operations:

• Coordinate day-to-day post-fixture vessel operations (voyage planning, instructions to Masters, stowage monitoring, laytime calculations, hire statements etc.).

• Liaise with Owners, Charterers, Agents, Surveyors, and Port Authorities.

• Monitor vessel performance and weather conditions and take necessary actions proactively.

Shipping Documentation:

• Prepare and verify pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation: Mates Receipts, Bills of Lading (B/Ls), NOR, SOF, LOI, Cargo Manifests, etc.

• Coordinate with Shippers/Receivers, Masters, and Agents to ensure timely and correct issuance of B/Ls and other shipping documents.

• Ensure accuracy of cargo documents.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.

• Proficiency in MS Office and other operational software/tools if any.

• Excellent coordination and communication skills in English and Hindi languages.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

• Ability to multitask and manage operations across multiple voyages/ports simultaneously.
