Operations & Documentation Executive

This position is open only to freshers located in and around Kochi. Applications from other regions or with prior experience will not be considered.

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Shipping Commercial Operations & Documentation Executive. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for the smooth execution of commercial voyages, charter party compliance, and timely generation of all shipping-related documentation. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of dry bulk operations, chartering terms, and international trade documentation (as optional).

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.

• Proficiency in MS Office and other operational software/tools if any.

• Excellent coordination and communication skills in English and Hindi languages.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

• Ability to multitask and manage operations across multiple voyages/ports simultaneously.
