Operations Executive

As a Partner Relations Specialist at The Tarzan Way, your primary responsibility will be to establish partnerships with various suppliers across different segments such as accommodations, transfers, and activities. You will be in charge of negotiating B2B prices, coordinating operations, and strategizing marketing initiatives with these suppliers to ensure seamless logistical support. Your role will also involve managing client requirements by curating immersive and personalized travel itineraries tailored to their preferences. This includes sourcing the best suppliers to enhance the customer experience and delivering a bespoke travel journey for each individual. In addition, you will conduct research to identify unique activities and experiences throughout the country to enrich the database of TTW's AI-based software. By contributing to the expansion of the activity portfolio, you will play a crucial part in offering travelers a diverse range of options to choose from. Furthermore, you will collaborate on setting up projects that aim to create innovative and immersive travel experiences in India. This involves brainstorming new ideas and refining existing pipelines to develop engaging travel products that resonate with the target audience. Moreover, you will be responsible for optimizing operations by implementing efficiency measures, enhancing the overall customer experience, and driving profitability through the supervision of ongoing projects.
