Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Executive based in Bharuch, Gujarat, with provisions for occasional work from home. The Operations Executive will oversee day-to-day operations, analyze and optimize processes, and ensure efficient workflow by coordinating with various teams. Responsibilities include managing operational tasks, ensuring compliance with company standards, and maintaining effective communication across departments to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong operations and operations management skills to handle daily workflows and improve process efficiency
• Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions using keen analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid working environment
• Previous experience in the insurance or financial sector is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field is preferred
