Key Responsibilities Ensure smooth client onboarding processes and best practices for international client management Support client success initiatives to understand retention strategies and relationship building Ensure cross-functional collaboration to achieve CSAT, NPS, and TAT targets Act as a consultant to foreign clients in providing support in their career planning and job search strategies Contribute fresh perspectives to our business development and operational strategies Assist in product development and new service launches by gathering client feedback, identifying market needs, and supporting go-to-market strategies Job Specifications Undergraduate degree in any stream is mandatory with proven experience of 2-4 years in operations Flexible to dedicate time as business demands Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced startup environment This is an on-site role based in our Hyderabad office (Kondapur).
