Job Overview: We are seeking a seasoned and dedicated Operations Executive to lead our client dashboard management efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of client dashboards, including highlighting missing information, data collection, testing new releases, preparing release notes, coordinating deployments, conducting demos, managing client feedback, and ensuring seamless communication with internal teams. This role demands a high level of expertise in client operations, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to lead initiatives that contribute to the success of our client relationships. Kindly find the JD for Operations Executive Key Responsibilities: Client Dashboard Management: Oversee the management of client dashboards, ensuring completeness and accuracy of information. Proactively identify and highlight missing information, collaborating with clients to address any gaps. Data Collection and Validation: Regularly collect data from clients based on established schedules. Ensure the accuracy of the data collected, promptly addressing any discrepancies. Testing and Release Management: Conduct thorough testing of the platform before each new release. Prepare comprehensive release notes detailing changes and enhancements. Coordinate with clients for deployment schedules and provide necessary support during the deployment process. Demo Sessions: Conduct demo sessions for both internal and external clients to showcase new features and functionalities. Address questions and provide clarification on dashboard features during demo sessions. Client Feedback Management: Manage feedback received from clients, ensuring timely responses and updates. Work closely with internal teams to prioritize and address any issues or suggestions raised by clients. Internal Platform Maintenance: Ensure that client platforms are consistently updated with the latest information and features. Collaborate with internal teams to implement updates and improvements to enhance client experience and timely deployments. Client Training: Develop and deliver training sessions for clients on dashboard features, ensuring they maximize the value of the platform. Coordination with Internal Teams: Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and issue resolution. Collaborate with various teams to gather necessary details required for client operations.
