About the Role
We are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented fresher as an Operations Executive. You will support daily operations, coordinate with teams, and ensure smooth business processes. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling day-to-day operational activities.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain reports, data, and documentation.
- Support in vendor management and client communication.
- Monitor processes and highlight areas of improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
- Provide administrative and operational support to senior managers.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or related field. (Preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office & Google Suite.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a professional environment.
- An “I will get this done” attitude, with the ability to manage and coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
