Role Overview

Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative and back-office operations
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal activities
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and action items for ongoing work
  • Maintain accurate digital records, files, and office data
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and basic dashboards for management
  • Record meeting notes and circulate action points
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external partners
  • Assist with basic billing, invoicing, and documentation support
  • Create and maintain presentations, documents, and trackers
  • Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and proper organization
  • Use digital and productivity tools to improve efficiency and workflow

  • Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
    • 2-4 years of experience in administration, operations, or coordination roles
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
    • Candidates must be based in Jaipur.
