Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Executive based in Chennai. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day hospital operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and collaborating with teams to maintain service excellence. The role requires analyzing operational data, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with standard protocols. The Operations Executive will oversee resource allocation, coordinate with department heads, and handle operational challenges effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong Operations and Operations Management skills to ensure efficiency and effective processes
• Excellent Analytical Skills and ability to assess data for operational insights
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills for effective coordination with teams and stakeholders
• Proven ability to solve problems and navigate challenges in a dynamic work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Hospital Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in healthcare operations or related fields is an asset
