Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Staff Nurse located in the Greater Chennai Area. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for monitoring patient health, administering medications, providing pre and post-operative care, and educating patients and their families about ongoing health needs. Day-to-day tasks include observing and recording patient behavior, consulting with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and maintaining accurate patient records. The Staff Nurse will also assist in emergency situations and ensure patient safety and comfort at all times.

Qualifications

• Technical Nursing Skills: Patient Monitoring, Medication Administration, Pre and Post-operative Care
• Communication Skills: Ability to educate patients and families, collaborate with healthcare professionals
• Documentation Skills: Maintaining accurate patient records, observing and recording patient behavior
• Emergency Response Skills: Ability to assist in emergency situations, ensure patient safety and comfort
• Additional Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field; valid nursing license in India
• Relevant Experience: Prior experience in a multi-specialty hospital or critical care unit is advantageous
• Personal Attributes: Strong attention to detail, empathy, ability to work in a high-pressure environment
