Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Manager located in Chennai. The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for supervising housekeeping staff, managing laundry services, ensuring high levels of customer service, effective communication with team members, and overseeing the hiring process for new staff.

• Supervisory Skills, Customer Service, and Communication skills
• Experience in laundry operations
• Ability to effectively manage and train staff
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Experience in hiring and recruitment processes
• Knowledge of healthcare cleanliness and safety regulations
• Previous experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry is a plus
