Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing function. The CMO will be responsible for developing and executing marketing, branding, and growth strategies to strengthen Garbhagudi IVFs position as a trusted leader in fertility care. This role demands a deep understanding of healthcare marketing, digital platforms, brand positioning, couple experience, and community engagement. Key Responsibilities : •Strategic Leadership • Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy aligned with business objectives. • Drive brand positioning to differentiate Garbhagudi IVF in a highly competitive healthcare market. • Partner with leadership to set growth targets and ensure marketing strategies support business expansion. Brand & Communication • Build, strengthen, and safeguard the Garbhagudi IVF brand identity. • Oversee all external and internal communication channels, ensuring consistency in messaging. • Lead campaigns to enhance awareness, trust, and recall among target audiences. Digital Marketing & Couple Acquisition • Drive content strategy for blogs, social media, and video platforms to establish thought leadership in the fertility space. • Optimize couple acquisition through online platforms, CRM systems, and lead nurturing. Community & Couple Engagement • Design outreach programs and awareness initiatives on fertility. • Build strong referral networks with doctors, hospitals, and healthcare partners. • Oversee Couple experience touchpoints to ensure positive word-of-mouth and retention. Team Leadership & Collaboration • Lead and mentor the marketing team across digital, creative, events, and field marketing. • Collaborate across sales, product, and operations to ensure cohesive marketing execution and measurable impact. • Manage external agencies, media partners, and vendors for execution of campaigns.
