Role Overview

motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive

field team leads, GIS/processing teams, and management

Key Responsibilities

• Support

  project initiation, planning, execution, and delivery

  of GIS & drone survey assignments
• Monitor

  daily progress, milestones, and outputs

  through updates from field team leads
• Maintain

  project schedules, documentation, trackers, and resource plans

• Coordinate with

  field, processing, GIS, and technical teams

  for timely execution
• Review

  field progress and data reports

  to ensure operational and quality compliance
• Identify

  risks, delays, or deviations

  and assist in corrective actions
• Support

  QA/QC coordination

  and validation of final deliverables
• Prepare

  weekly/monthly progress and status reports

  for management and clients
• Track

  operational expenses

  and assist in cost-control documentation
• Contribute to

  process improvements, operational efficiency, and scalability

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Civil Engineering, Geomatics, Geography, Remote Sensing

  , or a related field
• Prior

  experience or internship

  in operations, GIS, drone surveys, or project coordination is an added advantage
