Location: Final allocation will be based on business requirements across hubs/client sites (Delhi NCR).

Role Description:

Tier-2 and Tier-3 colleges

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day operations of the Service Excellence team.
• Ensure smooth coordination between internal departments for seamless workflow.
• Assist in monitoring operational processes, identifying gaps, and suggesting improvements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports as per departmental requirements.
• Handle assigned tasks with responsibility, accuracy, and within timelines.
• Learn and implement organizational best practices to enhance service quality.

Desired Skills and Competencies:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in an operations role.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduates (any discipline –

  BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, BA, BCA, B.Tech, etc.

  ) – eligible if not pursuing further studies.
