Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Executive located in Sikkim, India. The Operations Executive will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital, ensuring that all functions run smoothly and efficiently. Key responsibilities include managing hospital staff, optimizing operational processes, overseeing patient flow, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The Operations Executive will work closely with medical staff to improve service delivery and patient care.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Operations and Operations Management
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Master degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
