Job Description

Your role overview will include: - Updating daily attendance in MS Teams format for on-roll and contract labour - Handling KYC documentation and submission to HR for contract labour within 2 working days of deployment - Collecting and submitting contract labour documents for gate pass - Maintaining a complete database of contract labour - Ensuring project files are completed with all required documents as per SOP - Collating log sheets of all running sites daily and matching them with attendance records - Updating the Tool Deployment Tracker daily based on log sheets - Assisting in departmental work as instructed The qualifications required for this role are: - Experience in handling attendance and documentation for contract labour - Proficiency in maintaining databases and tracking tools - Ability to follow SOPs and ensure compliance with documentation requirements - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills (Note: Company benefits include health insurance, leave encashment, and provident fund. The work schedule involves rotational shifts, and the work location is in person.),
