Operations Director

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead, manage, and optimize the performance of the local KOL team.

2. Develop and execute KOL strategies, including partnership negotiations, campaign planning, and promotions.

3. Identify and expand high-quality KOLs, influencers, and content creators.

4. Be responsible for KOL campaign performance, improving conversion rate and ROI.

5. Maintain strong relationships with key partners for long-term cooperation.

6. Set annual and quarterly operational goals aligned with company strategy and ensure execution.

Requirements

1. Familiarity with local social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in KOL operations, marketing, or team management.

3. Strong local KOL resources and proven ability to build a team quickly.

4. Fluent in English and local language(s), with strong communication skills.

5. Strong data analysis skills and ability to adjust strategies based on market feedback.
