Marketing and Business Manager

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage strategic partnerships with banks, acquirers and payment gateway providers (e.g., Razorpay, PayU, Paytm, Stripe, local acquirers).
Lead commercial negotiations (pricing, fees, SLAs, settlement terms) and manage contract lifecycle.Serve as the primary business-product-technical liaison for gateway/bank integrations: define requirements, scope APIs/webhooks, coordinate technical onboarding, drive UAT and go-live.Design and optimize payment routing, pricing models and settlement structures to maximize margin and conversion.Own onboarding process for new payment methods (cards, UPI, netbanking, wallets, IMPS/NEFT/RTGS), ensure timely activation and performance tracking.Support reconciliation, settlement and refund workflows; collaborate with finance/operations to resolve exceptions and chargebacks.Ensure partners and integrations comply with applicable regulations and security standards (PCI-DSS, local banking guidelines).Monitor partner performance (latency, success rate, failover), produce regular reports and recommend improvements.Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Risk, Finance and Customer Support to prioritize features, troubleshoot incidents and improve merchant/customer experience.Drive commercial growth initiatives, evaluate partner performance and renew/scale agreements.Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
3+ years experience in payments, bank/acquirer partnerships, or commercial roles working on payment gateway integrations (preferably in India).Proven track record negotiating comm
