Operations Coordinator

As an Operations Coordinator for USA Trucking Operations based in Hubli, India, you will play a crucial role in managing load boards, coordinating with fleet owners, and ensuring efficient trucking operations. Your responsibilities will include monitoring load boards, negotiating with fleet owners, and maintaining smooth communication for timely pickup and delivery of loads. This full-time position requires working night shifts to align with USA time zones. Your key responsibilities will involve managing load boards by identifying suitable loads and matching them with appropriate trucks and fleet owners. Additionally, you will negotiate rates with fleet owners, oversee timely pickup and delivery, and maintain accurate records of transactions. Effective communication with clients and stakeholders to provide shipment updates and resolve operational issues promptly is essential. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. While 1-3 years of experience in logistics or transportation is preferred, freshers with strong communication and negotiation skills are also encouraged to apply. Proficiency in negotiation, communication, load boards, and logistics software is essential, along with a basic understanding of USA trucking operations and regulations.
