Operations Coordinator

You are a meticulous and confident Operations Coordinator joining the Feature Animation team, reporting to the Operations Manager. Your role involves coordinating meetings, events, and providing support for senior execs and wider teams. Operating in a global team, you ensure smooth operations across India and western sites with a hybrid work model. - Request Tech Support for Studio spaces, screening rooms, and desks, ensuring optimal working environments for FEAT projects. - Support facilities requirements, collaborating with central facilities teams to meet team needs. - Assist in events management and planning, including office events, recruitment, and conferences. - Drive staff initiatives to boost morale and organize events for enhancing staff experience. - Manage calendar for FEAT Executives, coordinating meetings locally and globally. - Work with Tech and Operations for correct setup during onboarding and offboarding process. - Serve as the point of contact for FEAT travel needs, coordinating approvals and forms for team members. - Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to follow through. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build professional relationships. - Proficient in time management, prioritization, and handling multiple projects. - Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines. - Experience with Google Suite, Excel, and Databases. - Bangalore-based with access to DNEG Office.,
