Job Description

Role Summary: We are looking for a motivated Operations Associate with a medical background and experience in the TPA or insurance industry . The role involves scheduling medical appointments, coordinating with diagnostic centers/hospitals, following up for reports, uploading documents post quality checks, and handling customer grievances. Strong communication skills in Hindi and English are essential. Key Responsibilities: Schedule and reschedule medical appointments. Update Show/No-Show status and share daily reports. Follow up with diagnostic centers for timely report dispatch. Conduct quality checks and upload medical reports. Handle grievances and resolve queries from clients and internal teams. Ensure TAT compliance and effective coordination with internal departments. Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate with a medical or paramedical background. 6 months–1 year experience in TPA/Insurance industry. Good knowledge of MS Office. Strong coordination, follow-up, and communication skills (Hindi & English). Flexible and process-oriented with attention to detail.
