Department: Donor Relations / Customer Success Location: Mumbai (Near Marol Metro Station) Working Days: Monday to Saturday Work Timing: 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM
Education:
Graduate in any discipline; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a Plus.
Experience Required:
1 to 7 years of professional experience, preferably in the Health Insurance industry, in
roles such as:
Telecalling / Inside Sales: Engaging with prospective or existing clients to explain
insurance products, benefits, and features, with the goal of converting inquiries into sales or renewals. Telesales: Selling health insurance plans over the phone, following up on leads, explaining policy terms, and ensuring compliance with IRDAI regulations. Candidates with a proven track record in donor engagement, health-related services, or subscription-based customer models will be preferred. Prior experience in working with CRM tools and managing a large volume of client interactions is an added advantage
