Operations Associate II

As an Operations Associate II at Sitero, an emerging leader in Clinical services and software solutions for the life sciences industry, your role is crucial in supporting the creation and maintenance of vendor, site, and Principal Investigator (PI) records, bank setup entries, and user management. You will work both independently and collaboratively in a team with strong communication skills to ensure project managers and stakeholders are informed of operational activities" status and successful completion of deliverables. Managing expectations and deliverables on a client-by-client basis and providing excellent customer service during all interactions with customers are also key aspects of your role. - Analyzing clinical trial agreements, study protocols, and contract budgets - Supporting the review of contract budgets and the import of contracts - Making final decisions or escalating problems to the appropriate management personnel - Contributing to the team effort by exploring new opportunities to add value to organization and departmental processes - Attending and participating in applicable company-sponsored training to maintain technical knowledge Qualifications required for this position include: - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or technology/software development area - Experience in invoice processing, contract entry accuracy, transaction processing, and client satisfaction preferred - Background knowledge, understanding, or experience in the clinical trial research field highly desirable - Excellent customer service, documentation, and organizational skills - Attention to detail and orientation toward meticulous work - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office suite - Ability to work collaboratively and independently, manage multiple priorities error-free - Project a professional and positive attitude Working conditions include occasional travel (0-25%), lifting up to 20lbs, and prolonged computer work. This is a full-time, permanent position with standard hours of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with additional hours as needed. You should be willing to work in shifts as and when required.,
