E-Commerce Operations

detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate

This is an amazing opportunity to work hands-on with multiple teams and understand how an e-commerce business runs behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage

  order processing, fulfilment, and dispatch

  activities.
• Track

  inventory levels

  and ensure timely product restocking.
• Coordinate with

  vendors, suppliers, and courier partners

  for daily operations.
• Track shipments and resolve

  delivery or logistics issues

  proactively.
• Maintain records of

  sales, returns, and inventory

  in internal systems.
• Support the team in

  daily reporting, process improvements,

  and new tool implementations.

What We’re Looking For:

• MBA (Operations, Supply Chain, or related specialization preferred)

• Freshers welcome!

  (0–1 year experience)
• Strong

  analytical & problem-solving

  mindset
• Excellent

  Excel / Google Sheets

  skills
• Attention to detail and a passion for learning
• Great

  communication & coordination

  abilities
