We're looking for an Operations Associate to help coordinate exhibition and event projects. You'll work with teams, manage timelines, liaise with vendors, and support on-site execution in India and overseas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with design, production, and client servicing teams to manage project flow.

• Track project timelines, checklists, and progress reports.
• Liaise with vendors, fabricators, and suppliers for timely execution.
• Support on-site booth setup at exhibitions across India and overseas.
• Assist with procurement, BOQs, and logistics planning.
• Maintain project documentation drawings, approvals, contracts, reports.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards

Experience & Skills:

• 14 years in exhibitions, events, or interiors.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving attitude and high ownership.
• Team player, flexible, and willing to travel for projects.
