Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Operations and Service Executive to join our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, maintaining AV equipment inventory, coordinating project deliveries and executions, supporting administrative tasks, and ensuring seamless post-sale service delivery for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage administrative tasks such as documentation, scheduling, and reporting to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee inventory management including tracking, procurement, and sales of AV products and accessories.
• Maintain AV equipment for demos, ensuring all gear is in working condition and ready for client presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors for project planning, demonstrations, delivery, setup, and execution.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining the assets, maintenance logs, and technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic AV equipment issues on-site/ online for customers.
• Ensure safety standards and operational procedures are adhered to during equipment handling and project execution.
• Provide administrative support and handle ad hoc tasks as required by the operations team.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps.
• Analytical Skills and Technical Support expertise
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Minimum 1-2 years work experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English, Kannada, Hindi, Tamil
• Degree or diploma.
