Role Summary

Operations & Execution Manager (

go-getter

field execution, tendering, and business planning

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee

  field operations

  for robotic and manual tank cleaning projects across India.
• Support RaaS business planning with

  real-world insights

  on manpower, cost estimation, consumables, and logistics.
• Prepare and review

  tender documents, BOQs, job estimates, and technical proposals

  for cleaning and maintenance contracts.
• Plan and execute

  industrial shutdown maintenance

  jobs, coordinating contractors, clients, and internal teams.
• Assess on-site cleaning requirements, hazards, and job scopes, and prepare detailed

  costing and execution schedules

  .
• Liaise with Oil & Gas clients, contractors, and internal engineering teams to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
• Identify potential

  new applications for robotic cleaning

  and assist in feasibility validation and field trials.
• Supervise on-site teams during pilot deployments and RaaS projects, ensuring performance, safety, and profitability.
  

Candidate Profile

• Minimum

  15 years’ experience

  in industrial cleaning or shutdown maintenance (Oil & Gas preferred).
• Strong understanding of

  Tank Cleaning, Vessel Cleaning, Process Equipment Maintenance

  , and related safety protocols.
• Proven experience in

  tendering, estimation, and contract costing

  for cleaning or maintenance projects.
• Skilled in

  planning, supervision, and multi-site execution

  with strong leadership under field conditions.
• Energetic, self-driven, and capable of managing end-to-end operations with minimal supervision.
• Familiar with

  industrial safety protocols, confined space standards, and client coordination

  in large facilities.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills for reporting, client correspondence, and tender submissions.
• Willing to travel frequently across India for project execution.
