Analyze business operations, optimize processes, and provide data-driven insights to improve efficiency and performance – ビジネスオペレーションを分析し、プロセスを最適化、データに基づくインサイトを提供して効率とパフォーマンスを向上させます。

Key Responsibilities / 主な業務内容

• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data – オペレーションデータを収集・分析・解釈
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements – プロセスの非効率を特定し、改善策を提案
• Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor performance – レポート、ダッシュボード、KPIを作成し業績を監視
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows – クロスファンクショナルチームと協働しワークフローを効率化
• Support management with data-driven decision-making – データに基づく意思決定を経営陣に支援
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards – 会社方針および運用基準の遵守を確保

Qualifications / 応募資格

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field – ビジネス、経済学、データ分析または関連分野の学士号
• 2+ years of experience in operations, business analysis, or related roles – オペレーション、ビジネス分析または関連業務の経験2年以上
• Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with BI tools preferred – Excel/Google Sheetsに精通、BIツールの使用経験歓迎
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills – 分析的思考力、細部への注意、問題解決能力
• Experience working in cross-functional teams – クロスファンクショナルチームでの業務経験
• Fluent in English; Japanese business-level proficiency preferred – 英語必須、日本語ビジネスレベル歓迎
