Operations Analyst

Position Overview -

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to handle customer onboarding, campaign operations, invoicing, and reconciliation. The role requires excellent coordination skills, accuracy in data management, and the ability to follow up with both customers and vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee new customer data onboarding on Provakil internal systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain and update MIS trackers with up-to-date customer and campaign information.
• Ensure all customer documentation and requirement formalities are completed within timelines.
• Manage and update customer specifications related to campaigns and billing.
• Communicate with customers via email and phone to capture campaign details, provide updates, and address queries.
• Send timely reminders and follow-ups to customers for smooth campaign execution.
• Coordinate with vendors to arrange consumables required for campaigns and processes.
• Reconcile consumables utilized and ensure timely invoice generation.
• Follow up with customers to ensure on-time payments.
• Prepare and circulate MIS reports for internal visibility and decision-making.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure operational alignment for campaign activities.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and trackers for campaign monitoring.
• Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned.

Key skills:

• 4+ years of experience in back-office operations, MIS management, or similar roles.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for trackers, MIS reporting, and data management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional email and telephonic interactions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
