Operations Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operational Analyst to join our team. Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship experience in HR analytics, financial reporting, or business operations.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and process automation tools.
