• Participate in Agile ceremonies and track progress on operational tasks.

Incident Management

• Manage and resolve operational incidents using ServiceNow.
• Conduct root cause analysis and ensure timely resolution and documentation.

Troubleshooting & Support

• Investigate and resolve system and process-related issues.
• Provide production support and escalate critical issues as needed.
