Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Operations Analyst to join our Document Verification Unit in the Liability Operations department of Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience in document verification or related fields.

Roles and Responsibility

Verify documents for accuracy and completeness.
Perform quality checks on verified documents.
Collaborate with team members to resolve issues.
Maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement process improvements.

Job Requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
